Dispute Resolution

We are pleased to announce that our firm offers an effective and speedy form of dispute resolution, in the form of mediation.

Our mediation process offers the parties an opportunity to be heard, having their grievances discussed fairly and possibly resolving the dispute in a respectful and comfortable environment facilitated throughout the process by an accredited mediator. The process is aimed at providing parties an opportunity to reach consensus themselves, with the best possible outcome. Parties are rest assured that at no point is the proceedings compulsory, but should the parties reach an amicable solution, an agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties binding them to it. Parties are also assured that the process is done in a confidential manner and is not privy to the public nor does it form part of public records.
